Alta Orsa is a mountain estate rooted in organic, regenerative farming. As stewards of a 160-acre property in Mendocino County, the team farms holistically, guided by patience, observation, science, and experimentation. Founded by Roger Peng alongside winemaker Martin Bernal-Hafner and vineyard steward Ricardo Garcia, the estate has been no-till and herbicide-free since the 1980s.
