Grape: Garnacha, Carignan Tasting Notes: Vanilla, Plum, Blackberry, Earth The Cellers Unió cooperative was founded in 1942 in the city of Reus with the name Unión de Cooperativas del Campo de la Província de Tarragona. The Cellers Unió cooperative currently groups together 186 smaller coops, 20 of which have their own winemaking facilities. Today, their products are sold in more than 30 countries across the world. This wine is balanced, dry, medium to full-bodied, concentrated with bright acidity and moderate tannins. Plum, blackberry, vanilla, minerals, earth, nutmeg, anise, and oak sate the palate. Pairs well with BBQ or roasted meats.
