Description
The Amplio Cabernet Sauvignon was made with the dining table in mind. This is a young wine that is meant to be drunk young. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged 10 months in 3 year-old French and American oak, the wine has mellowed and is ready to drink but is far from an oak bomb. At respectable 13.5% alcohol, it returns to a classic style built to compliment a meal, not cater to the critics.
