Deep pink color. True Pinot Noir nose. Aromas of crisp fruit. Half of the wine is pressed directly, while the other half undergoes cold maceration for a few days before pressing to impart color and aromas. More recently, the rosé has been aged primarily in barrels and large casks for 10 to 12 months.
