Clos Saint Antonin is a 15-hectare estate in the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu appellation, purchased by the Sabon family in 2014 and led by Isabelle Sabon of Domaine de la Janasse. Planted on the classic red clay, galets roulés, and sandy soils that make Plan de Dieu one of the Rhône’s most exciting terroirs, the estate produces expressive wines that faithfully reflect their origins. Isabelle farms organically, harvests by hand, and relies on spontaneous fermentation with aging in concrete, foudres, and neutral French oak to preserve purity and balance. In addition to Plan de Dieu and Côtes-du-Rhône bottlings, she also produces a Châteauneuf-du-Pape from prized old-vine parcels in Le Crau and La Fond du Loup, creating elegant, terroir-driven wines that showcase the remarkable diversity of the southern Rhône.
