The 2023 Domaine de la Garrelière “Le Blanc de la Mariée” is a biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley’s Touraine region, crafted by François and Pascale Plouzeau. This wine originates from three hectares of vines planted 20–25 years ago, with each vine symbolically planted by guests at the couple’s wedding. The vineyard’s soils comprise sand over limestone and flint (silex), contributing to the wine’s distinctive minerality.
