Made using two varieties of strawberries - tiny, wild strawberries for an intense aromatic sweetness, and larger Senga-Sengana, known for its rich berry aroma and red, vivid hue. Nose of jammy red berry fruit with hints of watermelon. Fresh palate of strawberry jelly and jam. Excellent for a dry white, rose' or sparkling wine aperitif. Or in summer cocktails.
