Domaine de la Lande has holdings in Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, and Chinon, with most of the production is in Bourgueil. All the work here is done manually, with an attitude towards natural cohesion and sustainability. The domaine is organic certified by Agriculture Biologique. The vines are less than 30 years on average and are sourced from 5 ha of plots. The grapes are 100% destemmed before being fermented in concrete tank pump overs and punch downs for 15 days. The wine ages in concrete tank for 9 months before bottling. -Winery
