Château Le Bon Pasteur, guided by Michel Rolland for over 40 years, is a jewel of Pomerol. Born on the estate, Rolland transformed the vineyard through meticulous vineyard work and innovative techniques like whole-berry fermentation and small-batch vinification. The 6.7-hectare estate spans 21 parcels across Pomerol and Saint-Émilion, including the prized “Caillou” plot near Pétrus. Its diverse soils—blue clay, gravel, and iron-rich molasse—produce Merlot and Cabernet Franc wines of elegance, depth, and silky texture.
