The Maitre de Chai Red Table Wine is a is a blend that features 100+ year old Zinfandel from Stampead Vineyard and Cinsault from young vines planted in Sprague, bith in Lodi. The remainder is a co-fermentation of 1890's planted Mouvedre, Carignan and Zinfandel from the Evangelho Vineyard in Cintra Costa County that's owned by Bedrock Wine Co.
