The vine peaches used to produce Mathilde Pêche are small, with a tough skin and moderately soft, white flesh, and a particularly rich aroma. Vine peaches are considered the most flavorful peach variety. Despite their small size, they’re incredibly juicy, with an intense and seductive taste. Mathilde Pêche only uses vine peaches cultivated in France, hand selected to ensure their freshness. The entire peach – flesh, skin, and pit – is macerated in spirit to extract as much taste and aroma as possible.
