From just outside Chablis, Saint-Bris is a rare Burgundy made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc—an exception in a region dominated by Chardonnay and Aligoté. Aromas of grapefruit and mandarin lead into peach, crushed blackcurrant leaf, and hints of lychee. The palate is textured and soft, with bright citrus, floral notes, and a clean mineral finish.
