100% Sauvignon Blanc. Selected from multiple vineyard sites throughout Marlborough, with a portion from the Awatere Valley and the balance from the Wairau Valley. Crushed and destemmed prior to pressing. Fermented in stainless steel with cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics.
