Hand-harvested. Fermented and aged in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks on fine lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of lime and lemon zest, with a touch of firecracker smoke (from the flinty soils). Flavors of crisp pear, grapefruit and kumquat.
