A Château Patache d’Aux second wine. This wine has a fruitier profile than others as it comes from only the youngest vines. Grapes are vinified in raw concrete and thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats, followed by 6 to 9 months maturing in stainless steel vats with a small proportion in two-wine barrels.
