A careful élevage in mostly neutral French oak adds softness and quiet spice without muting the wine’s natural lift.In the glass, the wine offers a vibrant mix of black cherry, cassis, and plum skin, layered with fresh tobacco leaf, graphite, and peppery herb. The palate is energetic but composed, carried by crisp acidity and fine-grained tannins that echo the Andean terroir.
