Protos ’27 honors the founding of Bodegas Protos in 1927, blending tradition with modern technique. Made from hand-harvested grapes, it undergoes cold maceration, fermentation with native yeasts, and 20 days of skin contact. The wine is aged 16 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle. The result is a vivid cherry red wine with violet hues, offering elegant aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spice, and subtle toasted notes.
