QUATTRO THEORY CABERNET SAUVIGNON 750ML

This is as good a Napa Cabernet as I've tasted recently at this price, and one of my top red wines picks at under $40 period. Elegant and complex, with a lush texture, great overall polish and excellent tannic balance. Importantly, the wine is true to the Napa character, with notes of black currants, bitter sweet chocolate and tannins that are ripe, yet exhibit a dusty edge while the avoiding the over-extraction school of winemaking that often dominates modern California reds.
