Description
Sourced from the village of Sury-en-Vaux, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from 30+ year-old vines planted across the classic Loire terroirs of silex, caillottes, and terres blanches, with a notably high proportion of silex soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the wine is pure and focused, showing vibrant aromas of citrus, quince, fresh herbs, and wet stone. The palate is lean yet expansive, driven by bright lemon and orchard fruit flavors with pronounced minerality and mouthwatering freshness. A classic, terroir-driven Loire Sauvignon Blanc.
