SIETE PERROS CABERNET SAUVIGNON 750ML

Siete Perros Cabernet is organically farmed in the Los Guindos vineyard in the Maipo Valley, Chile. The vineyard is planter on a bed of granite and iron, which enhances the wines delicate minerality. The fruit is hand harvested. The wine is fermented in stainless with wild yeast. It's aged in steel for 9 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered without sulfur. The resulting wine is bright red, with medium body, aromas and flavors of black currants and black berries. It's excellent on its own but great with cheeses, roasted meats and fowl.
