Most of the time when people are shopping for Sauvignon Blanc here in the shop, they’re either looking for wine from New Zealand or France. However, this bottling from Napa Valley is sneakily delicious and has turned into something of an underground hit for many of our clients. Produced entirely in stainless steel and without any malolactic fermentation (the secondary fermentation that lends wine a “creamier” texture), this is juicy and refreshing with notes of melon, pink grapefruit, key lime, and just a hint of grassy herbaceousness.
