With a bready malt backbone balanced by floral & peppery Hallertau Mittelfrah, Saaz, & Tettnanger, our take on this historic style of beer evokes notes of toasted rye drizzled with honey, lightly steeped breakfast tea, fresh peppercorns, and lemon zest. Highly drinkable while remaining incredibly complex.
