Farmhouse Ale with Brettanomyces and Lemon - Originally brewed for 2018 Saison Day, this tart and funky beer was created in collaboration with our friends at 2SP. Fresh lemon juice and lemon zest were added to the whirlpool to help acidify the wort, before a mixed fermentation with Brett and Sach strains could do their work.
