This is a serious wine, made with choice grapes from McLaren Vale, just outside Adelaide. It’s incredibly bold and heady – a full on Aussie Shiraz, full of jammy fruit and flavours of cola, coffee and spice. Fresh with fine tannins, it has a lovely silky texture. Ideal with red meat.
