lacia Rose is a blend of Hondarribi Zuri, a white grape, and Hondarribi Beltza, a red grape, produced from grapes grown on Julian and Maia Ulacia’s farm in the D.O. of Getariako Txakolina. It is bottled with a small amount of trapped CO 2, which gives it a natural, delicate effervescence. Pale pink color. Sophisticated and elegant aromas, reminiscent of sour strawberry, watermelon with citrus notes. Delicate, soft, fresh palate that combines perfectly with salads and seafood.
