Y & M COTES DU RHONE 750ML

Powerful on the nose; aromas of red fruit, sweet spice and garrigue scents; medium to full-bodied wine with great power, fine tannins, great finish with licorice notes. Pair with rich poultry dishes. The soils consist of terraces of pebbles, sand, marl with iron presence. Age of the vines are 20 - 30 years old. The farming practices are organic and the grapes are fermented naturally with indigenous yeast. Fermentation & aging takes place in concrete tanks.
